Light & Align started as a small idea - to create something simple but not boring, and intentional without trying too hard.

Based out of Drumcondra in Dublin, I make handmade candles using coconut and rapeseed wax, chosen for a clean, slow burn. All fragrances are phthalate-free (no headaches here!) and there’s no paraffin involved either - just materials I feel good about having in my own home.

Each candle is designed, hand-poured and finished individually by me, so you can expect a lot of love, care and a little bit of uniqueness in each one.

Having left my previous job and going through a bit of burn out, I was craving something a little more creative & intentional… and a little less stress-induced auto-pilot. And so making these candles became my way to slow down a bit and bring a bit of ease back into everyday life.

Along the same lines, the inspiration for each candle comes from the rhythms we move through day to day. Sometimes you need calm and comfort, sometimes a little boost of good energy and sometimes just a nice atmosphere while you get on with life.

They are designed to meet you wherever you’re at. You don’t need to feel anything profound, if it smells good and makes your space feel nicer, that’s enough!

At the end of the day, I’m simply making candles I genuinely enjoy having in my own space and sharing them in the hopes they do the same for you. :)
